Fishng Report August 15 2022 Ucluelet BC – Vancouver Island

Fishing has been stellar through the first part of the Stamp River run coming through Ucluelet and this continues to be a hotspot on Vancouver Island. Normally there is a dropoff late July in close to shore and all the fishing happens offshore. This year there was no drop off in fishing close to shore and it just continued into August except with bigger numbers of Chinook.
